Computerised CBT
cCBT is the name used for delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) via computers, tablets and smartphones.
Some people prefer using a computer rather than talking to a therapist about their feelings. You will have regular contact with a therapist to guide you and monitor your progress. Research suggests it can be just as effective as having face-to-face therapy.
We offer effective, supportive programmes for depression and anxiety disorders. cCBT is designed with world leading partners from academic and medical institutions. The content is designed to be motivational, easy to access and interactive. It aims to be relevant to your problem.
It provides an anonymous, safe and secure environment. It’s available online at a time and place that suits you.

You will be offered regular planned reviews with a clinician to monitor your progress. They will provide support and guidance to help with using the program. These reviews will help you to put into practice the skills and information you learn, to help aid your recovery.
This therapy will help you understand the CBT approach. It may be the first step in helping to prepare you for further input if required.
On completion of the cCBT online programme, the content will be available for one year.
