Many people experience common mental health problems at some point in their lives. Life-changing events or even everyday life stress, can lead to difficulties. You may need to seek help and support. Common mental health problems such as mild depression, anxiety, stress, panic, eating problems and loss of sleep, make it difficult for us to cope.
It is estimated that one in four people will suffer from conditions such as anxiety and depression in their lives. Our services are designed to offer talking therapies.
Is Lincolnshire Talking Therapies for me?
At times, it is completely normal to feel anxious, low, sad, overwhelmed and frustrated. For some people, these feelings can persist and have a negative impact on their life. This can lead to a common mental health problem such as depression or anxiety.
If you feel that you may be experiencing a common mental health problem, it is important to seek the right help. We are committed to help you with your needs.
All of our therapies are recommended by National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). NICE recommends that therapy services should provide the least intrusive and most effective intervention first. Lincolnshire Talking Therapies works to a stepped care model. You will usually be offered a Step 2 intervention in the first instance.
